1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ZOKI LABS LLC ("ZOKI Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Washington, doing business as "ZOKI" (the "Company"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the ZOKI website, the ZOKI Watch token scanner, ZOKI Drop bulk-sender tool, the $ZOKI token, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Services would be illegal or where we have restricted access.

You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Services complies with the laws applicable to you, including in your local jurisdiction.

3. Description of Services

3.1 ZOKI Watch (Token Scanner). A tool that analyzes publicly available on-chain and market data for a given token address and returns a heuristic risk assessment (a score, verdict, and supporting findings). A Free tier provides basic checks; a Pro tier, purchased using scan credits, provides deeper analysis.

3.2 ZOKI Drop (Bulk Sender). A tool that allows a connected wallet to send native ETH, an ERC-20 token, or ERC-721 NFTs to a list of recipient wallets in batched on-chain transactions, subject to purchased capacity.

3.3 The $ZOKI Token. $ZOKI is a digital asset deployed on Robinhood Chain. ZOKI Labs does not guarantee the value, liquidity, or continued existence of any trading market for $ZOKI.

4. No Financial, Investment, or Legal Advice

THE SERVICES, INCLUDING ALL OUTPUTS OF ZOKI WATCH, ARE PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY AND DO NOT CONSTITUTE FINANCIAL, INVESTMENT, LEGAL, OR TAX ADVICE. Scan results reflect heuristic checks against on-chain and market data available at the time of the scan. A high score or "CLEAR" verdict is not a guarantee that a token is safe, legitimate, or a good investment, and a low score or "FLAGGED" verdict is not a guarantee that a token is fraudulent. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE AND INVESTMENT DECISIONS.

We do not review, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party token, project, or contract that may be scanned using the Services.

5. Wallet Connection and Account

The Services do not require creation of a traditional account. Instead, you authenticate by connecting a compatible cryptocurrency wallet and signing a message (Sign-In With Ethereum). You are solely responsible for:

— Safeguarding your wallet's private keys and seed phrase. ZOKI Labs will never ask for your seed phrase or private key.

— All activity that occurs through your connected wallet.

— The accuracy of any wallet address you provide, including for the ZOKI Drop tool — transactions sent to an incorrect address on a blockchain are generally irreversible.

6. Fees and Payments

6.1 Payment Methods. Fees for Pro scan credits and Drop capacity may be paid in ETH, USDG, or $ZOKI, at the rates displayed at the time of purchase. Payment in $ZOKI may be eligible for a discount as displayed in the applicable purchase interface.

6.2 Finality of Blockchain Transactions. All payments are made via on-chain blockchain transactions. Because blockchain transactions are generally irreversible, ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, except where required by applicable law or where ZOKI Labs, in its sole discretion, determines that a technical failure on our end (e.g., a verified payment that failed to credit due to a system error) warrants a remedy.

6.3 Gas Fees. You are responsible for all network/gas fees associated with any transaction you initiate, regardless of whether that transaction succeeds.

6.4 Price Volatility. Amounts quoted in a non-stable cryptocurrency (ETH, $ZOKI) are calculated using a price at the time of quoting and may differ from the price at the time your transaction confirms. [We apply a tolerance margin to account for this; underpayment beyond that margin will be rejected.]

7. ZOKI Drop — Additional Terms

When using ZOKI Drop, you are solely responsible for the accuracy of any CSV or recipient list you upload, including recipient addresses and amounts. ZOKI LABS DOES NOT VERIFY THAT RECIPIENT ADDRESSES ARE CORRECT, CONTROLLED BY THEIR INTENDED OWNER, OR CAPABLE OF RECEIVING THE ASSET TYPE BEING SENT. Funds sent to an incorrect, unsupported, or inaccessible address cannot be recovered by ZOKI Labs. ZOKI Labs does not take custody of your tokens at any point in the Drop process; you approve and execute all transactions directly from your own wallet.

8. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge and accept the following risks inherent to using blockchain-based services and digital assets:

— Digital assets, including $ZOKI, may be highly volatile and may lose some or all value.

— Smart contracts, including any contracts deployed or used by ZOKI Labs, may contain bugs or vulnerabilities despite reasonable efforts to test and audit them.

— Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or other disruptions outside our control.

— Regulatory treatment of digital assets is evolving and may adversely affect the Services or $ZOKI.

9. Intellectual Property

The ZOKI name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of ZOKI Labs. You may not copy, modify, or use these except as expressly permitted.

10. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to: (a) use the Services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or sanctions evasion; (b) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or their underlying infrastructure; (c) use automated means to abuse rate limits, submit fraudulent support requests, or circumvent security controls such as bot-verification challenges; (d) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that scan results will be accurate or complete.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZOKI LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, including reliance on any scan result or loss of funds through the Drop tool, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

[Consider a liability cap tied to fees paid, common in similar agreements — e.g., "in no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the amount of fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim." An attorney should confirm whether this is appropriate for your risk profile.]

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZOKI Labs from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washington, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be noted with an updated "Last Updated" date.
